We have a track record of designing and building high quality, beautifully crafted homes, with an expert team that can bring your ideas to life and manage the entire process from start to finish.

SITE VISIT

Our designer and sales lead will pop to your site and walk through it with you, talking through your vision as well as identifying key engineering requirements.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

We bring you in for a consult with our designer where we go through your dream look and feel for your home as well as structural and geotechnical considerations. From there we create a sketch plan for you.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Working hand in hand with our trusted subcontractors, we ensure that every element of your home is thoroughly evaluated and accurately priced.

QUOTATION

We present our pricing proposal and scope of work to you, discussing every detail of your home to ensure you feel confident and satisfied.

CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

Once you're satisfied with everything, we schedule a meeting to review the contract together. Once all details are finalised and your deposit is paid, it's time to pop the bubbles and celebrate!

WORKING DRAWINGS

Time to turn your dream plan into working drawings. Our designer will sit down and go through your plan and answer any questions and assist with any adjustments where needed.

CONSULTATIONS

Keep your pinterest boards out! We set up meetings with our inhouse interior colourist, as well as our key suppliers for your appliances, kitchen and cabinetry, as well as electrical fixtures and fittings. Here you get to go through your plan with a fine-tooth comb and make sure all the finer details are to your liking.

MEETING YOUR PROJECT MANAGER

This is the stage we introduce you to your Project Manager, and your build gets under way. These guys have a wealth of knowledge around building and the processes required to construct a finished home of the highest quality.

BUILD BEGINS

Transparency and two-way communication is important to us. Your Project Manager keeps you in the loop at every stage of your build and uses project management software that keeps you up to date with the build schedule and any changes.

PROFESSIONAL CLEAN

Once we’re all finished your house gets a professional clean, so you can move into a nice clean home.

HAND OVER

Hand over time! We walk you through your brand new home and give you the keys so you can start making memories. You’re welcome to reach out with any questions at any time - we will still be here to help.
