Situated along the stunning Ninety Mile Beach in Ahipara, sits this stunning new Holiday home. The construction of this project was a little different from many others, in the fact that the owners lived in America and didn’t get to see their new home until it was totally completed.

Due to these slightly out of the ordinary circumstances, the owners needed a building firm to take control and full responsibility. After interviewing a number of builders, it became clear that the obvious choice was Homeworld Design & Build. Both the designer and consultant took a very personal and active approach to the project and soon took it under their wing.

We were really impressed with their exacting structure and felt fully confident leaving our project in their hands. When we first walked into the house, our mouths just dropped. The completed project is a combination the work of great tradespeople and suppliers - from solid oak flooring from The Hardwood Guys to the stunning kitchen from Regal Kitchens.
