Touchwood Homes are a solid timber interior wall construction built to withstand almost anything! Our Touchwood Showhome is based off one of Touchwood’s standard plans, but the construction can be applied to ANY Homeworld house. One thing all Touchwood plans have in common is their inspiration – the natural New Zealand countryside and coastline.

For homemakers with budget constraints, the Frontier Series offers solid timber quality, luxury and durability at conventional home prices. The Lifestyle Series is more upmarket in terms of both design choices and quality of materials in such areas as exterior cladding, roofing, floor-to-ceiling windows, joinery and other touches.

Whatever plan you choose, we will manage everything, from finalising the design concept through construction to the finishing touches. We’ll also take care of planning, consents, permits, materials purchasing, sub-contracting and inspections. Or, if you prefer, we’ll work with the builder of your choice to ensure that your Touchwood home is everything you dreamed it would be.
