When Grant & Nadia Lewis first contemplated building on their new subdivision at Langs Beach Estate, they did a lot of research before deciding which building company they would use. This was to be the first home built on their subdivision and they needed to create a dramatic home to match the incredible views. Not only did the firm have to be able to offer a house with the “WOW” factor, but they also had to be easy to deal with and receptive to their ideas. They called into Homeworld at Western Hills Drive one weekend and learnt how they offered a “one stop shop” (with excellent finishes yet competitive pricing) so decided to view their showhomes and find out more.

“When we called into the Homeworld office, we were met by a Home Consultant who showed us heaps of pictures and plans of homes they had built for people over the years – they even offered to take us to visit a few homes in person as examples of their work. We felt very privileged to be able to view these homes and one home in particular belonged to one of Homeworld’s own Architectural Designers. This plan had a lot of the features we were after but needed a bit of modifying to take advantage of the views on our section. The designer worked really well with us to ensure all the changes we wanted were made.”
