Not only will the designer offer you advice on site, but they will draw up a computer scale drawn plan complete with floor plan & elevations. From there we can offer you an ‘estimate’ by comparing your plans with homes actually recently built. By taking this small step*, you can ‘test the waters’ before proceeding if you wish into full working drawings ready for council.
